Zarem/Golde ORT Technical Institute is not only a career preparation school but “A Welcoming Community of Practical Learning” for students from all over the globe. The Institute is approved by the US Department of Homeland Security to admit non-immigrant visa students. Ever since our founding in 1991, the Chicago-area Institute has graduated nearly 6,000 students from sixty different countries from nearly every continent. Forty-eight countries are currently represented in our school.
Our caring and multilingual staff and faculty understand the challenges faced by International Students. ORT Technical Institute welcomes international students and supports their efforts to study with us. In addition to having students from all over the world, we also teach people locally who are transitioning from one field to another to accommodate the changing and challenging job market. Therefore, we provide our international students the opportunity to study alongside our American students.
